Refund & Return Policy

Important: Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, most medicines cannot be returned once dispensed. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered: You received a different medicine, strength, or pack size than what you ordered.
- Damaged or tampered packaging: Product arrived with broken seal, crushed packaging, or visible damage.
- Expired product: Product delivered is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Missing items: Your order is incomplete — items were billed but not delivered.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Medicines that have been opened or used
- Cold-chain products (insulin, vaccines) once delivered
- Products with broken or missing batch/expiry labels
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Prescription medicines returned without the original prescription
How to Request a Return

- Share your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours (business days).
- Approved returns: we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please wait for delivery and then raise a return request if needed. To cancel, call us immediately at +91 98765 43210.
